The Real Veil
by Geoffrey Hoppe
Metaphysical people talk about "the veil," referring to the invisible
barrier that separates our 3D world from the angelic realms. They (we)
use a variety of methods to penetrate the veil, from meditation and
trance states, drugs or sweat lodges, to mediums and channelers. Some
people are able to poke through the veil at times, but few are able to
walk between the worlds on a regular basis.
But the real veil isn’t necessarily what separates us from the outer
realms. The real veil separates us from the greater potentials right
here on earth. It’s the veil that halts our creativity. It keeps us
from solving problems and challenges. It drains our energy. And it
locks us in a box of limitations.
We’re confronted with challenges - large and small - every day of our
lives. Your car breaks down. Your busy schedule keeps you from doing
two things at the same time. You can’t figure out how to pay your
bills and still have money left over for the things you really want to
do. Your children have problems and want you to solve them, even
though you’re up to your eyeballs with your own. Your emotions go hay-
wire and you can’t figure out how to get yourself grounded. You want
enlightenment and expanded consciousness but you’re not sure how to
get it. These are real life, everyday challenges. Most of the time we
make some half-hearted attempts to solve the issues, but then just
throw up our hands in frustration and hope that somehow it will work
out.
The real veil is laziness. Or perhaps apathy. Or maybe lack of
passion. Or maybe, just maybe, we’ve forgotten to use our creativity?
The real veil is complacency and status quo. The devil that keeps us
in submission is our own lethargy.
I am passionate about dispassion. It’s been brewing for the past year
but now it’s boiling over. I can sum it up in five annoying words I
hear just about everywhere in the world I travel:
"No, that is not possible."
Do you realize how often people say (or think) this? Somehow,
somewhere, people have been programmed to automatically spit out this
phrase whenever confronted with a situation that challenges them. Just
try calling the Customer Service phone number for an airline. "No,
that is not possible." They have rules, and damn it, they’re going to
stick to those rules. If you have to go to a government office for
taxes, licenses or just about anything, you’ll be greeted with an
unsmiling worker with the word "NO" energetically tattooed on their
face. Store clerks, restaurant waiters, hotel receptionists, flight
attendants, computer programmers, even the mail person - it seem they
all have, at some level, subscribed to the consciousness of "No, that
is not possible."
While this veil appears to be very dense, it is actually very easy to
penetrate in your own life. "Everything is possible" when you get out
of the old "No" mindset. It starts with the little things and expands
to the big things. Here’s how it works:
You’re confronted with a challenge (stuff happens when you’re in
physical reality). Stop! Before going into a knee-jerk "No" reaction,
stop and take a deep breath. It’s not a problem, it’s just energy (as
Adamus says during the Mystery Schools). What appears to be a problem
with a dead-end solution is actually a fun opportunity to activate
your psychic-creative energies. Take a deep breath and relax. When you
do this, you actually give permission for higher-consciousness
potentials to serve you. Stop thinking about the problem for a moment,
and just breathe it in. Ahhh! Suddenly the energy changes. Suddenly
you don’t feel like you have to put on your battle armor, or blurt out
the dreaded words "No, that is not possible."
In this sacred moment of pause, you are gently dissolving the real
veil. It’s the veil of "no." The veil of limited potentials. The veil
of submission. You open a world of new possibilities and New Energy.
Stop focusing on the problem, and breath in the potentials. Don’t
think, just breathe. Ahhhh!
In this sacred moment you’ve also realigned yourself with the pure
energy attributes of the challenge. Now, you don’t have to "think"
about a solution, it just comes to you! Within a short period of time,
you suddenly "get" the solution. "Wow," you think to yourself, "where
did THAT come from!" It came from you, from your own reservoir of
grand potentials. Give thanks to yourself, as Tobias would say.
When you go beyond the real veil, people will think you’re brilliant.
Issues will now be fun challenges - like solving a Sudoku puzzle -
rather than burdensome, energy-draining problems. The more you apply
this simple, veil-busting tool in your life, the more creative energy
potentials will come flowing to you. "No" will become a word of your
past and "Everything IS possible" will be the song of your soul.
Dear Shaumbra, the very nature of the work you are doing is
challenging. It goes against the grain of mass consciousness. There
are old energy forces (and people) conspiring against you. A few of
your aspects have you thinking you’re the Joker, planting doubt and
confusion in your mind. Saying "No, that is not possible" is a
programmed reaction to the barrage of issues that come your way every
day. But of course, you are a Standard of new consciousness and a
teacher of greater potentials. Take a deep breath. Ahhhh! All things
are possible, even (and especially) if it seems impossible. Onward
with new creative potentials! Beyond the real veil we soar!
