The New You
Find a comfortable chair, cushion or space on the floor.  Make sure you will not be interrupted.  Turn off the telephones and the televisions or radio.  If you not alone in your home ask politely ask others to honor your privacy.  Do not attempt this while driving or riding the bus.

Take three deep breaths in and gently exhale.  With each exhale release all the”stuff” from today and yesterday.  Close your eyes, and connect to your own breathing rhythm, your own inhale and your own exhale.  Give yourself permission to relax.

As you continue to breathe, visualize yourself standing in front of a full-length mirror.  Observe yourself in the mirror.  If there is some aspect of yourself that you wish to change, see the change in yourself in the mirror image.  Continue to make changes as you desire.  Remember to continue to breathe.

As focus on your new, changed self, with your eyes send your mirror image divine love.  Call forth courage and send it to the mirror image.  Call forth peace and send it to the mirror image.  Call forth joy and send it to the mirror image.  Call forth deservedness and send it to the mirror image.  Call forth the qualities you feel you are without and send them to your mirror image.

Now take a moment to fully see the changed you, the transformed you, the new you.  Take notice of how it feels.  Now walk into the mirror and merge with the changed you, the transformed you, the new you.  Take three gentle deep breaths.  Say thank you three times to the Universe.  And gently bring your focus back into the room.  Take a few moments to write about your experience in your journal.
